I started this studio because I wanted a place in Metuchen where showing up mattered more than anything else — no packages to track, no upsell at the front desk, just a mat and a class. I teach most sessions myself, and when I'm not on the schedule, you'll see that noted ahead of time so there are no surprises when you walk in.
As the schedule grows, this page will list each instructor by name and what they teach — nothing added until it's true.
