Metuchen Yoga Studio
About the studio

Why this studio exists

I started teaching in Metuchen because I wanted a class I could actually walk into without planning a month ahead. No membership to sign, no package to buy before you know if you like the room. Just a mat, an hour, and fifteen dollars at the door.

Most studios ask you to commit before you've even tried the teacher, the pace, or the floor. I didn't want that for the people who show up here โ€” parents squeezing in an hour between pickups, folks testing out yoga for the first time, regulars who just want to drop in when their week allows it.

So the studio runs the way I'd want it to run if I were the one showing up tired on a Tuesday evening: a posted schedule, a clear price, and a class that starts on time whether it's your first visit or your fiftieth.

How it works

1

Pick a class

Check the week's schedule and choose a day and time that fits your week. No account required just to look.

2

Show up

Bring a mat if you have one, or borrow a spot on the floor. Arrive a few minutes early and settle in.

3

Pay $15

One flat rate, every class, every time. Pay online ahead of time or settle up before class starts.

$15

No contracts. No upsells. No package you'll forget to use. Just a class, a price, and a schedule you can actually trust โ€” the same way, every week.
