A few things people ask before their first walk

If you don't see your question here, the booking page and contact form are always open — we're happy to sort out the details before your dog's first outing.

What does a 30-minute walk actually include? +
A full 30 minutes outside, moving at your dog's pace — around the block, through the neighborhood, wherever gets the wiggles out. We bring water on warm days and always lock up behind us when we leave and return.
How much does a walk cost? +
A single 30-minute walk is $4. If you'd like weekly or monthly options, those are laid out plainly on the pricing page — no surprises, no fine print.
Do you walk in all of Edison, NJ? +
We cover Edison and the surrounding neighborhoods you'll see mapped out on the home page. If you're close to the edge of that area, just reach out through the booking form and we'll confirm.
How do I book a walk? +
Head to the booking page, pick a date and time, tell us a bit about your dog and your address, and confirm. If you've booked before, logging in first will have your details ready to go.
Do I need to be home during the walk? +
Not at all. Most clients aren't home — just let us know how to get in (key, code, lockbox) when you book, and we'll handle the rest, including locking up when we leave.
Will I know how the walk went? +
Yes. After each walk you'll get a short update so you know your dog was out, moved around, and is back home safe.
What if I need to cancel or change a booking? +
You can view and manage upcoming walks from your dashboard once you're logged in. If something comes up last minute, reach out through the contact form on the home page and we'll work it out.
My dog is nervous around new people — is that okay? +
Totally normal, and worth mentioning when you book. Let us know what helps your dog feel comfortable, and we'll take the first walk slow.
