About Maple & Ember

A little about why this place exists, and what we try to get right every single morning.

The story, in our own words

Maple & Ember started with a simple itch: most mornings felt rushed, and coffee was just another thing to grab and go. We wanted a shop where the five minutes between ordering and your name being called actually felt like something — a pause, not a transaction.

So we built a small coffeeshop around slow pours, warm light, and the kind of counter conversation that only happens when nobody's in a hurry. No speed-run espresso bar, no conveyor-belt pastries. Just coffee made with attention, served by people who like making it.

That's still the whole idea. We're not trying to be the biggest coffee shop around — just a good one, the kind you come back to because it feels like yours.

What a customer can expect

Nothing flashy — just a clear, honest sense of what happens when you walk in or order ahead.

Coffee made to order

Every cup is poured when you order it, not sitting in a pot. That means a short wait, and a drink that actually tastes like it was made for you.

No rush at the counter

We'd rather take an extra moment to get your order right than hurry you through. Come in, settle in, or order ahead and swing by when it suits you.

Straightforward ordering

What's on the menu is what you pay — no surprises, no hidden steps. You can see pricing clearly before you book or order anything.

Ready when you are

Check the menu, pick what you're in the mood for, and we'll have it ready.
