Saffron & Crumb started in 2019 in a small home kitchen with one oven and a lot of trial-and-error. Today we still bake in small batches, still measure by hand, and still taste-test every recipe before it goes on the menu — we just have a lot more happy regulars now.

No preservatives, no bakery-mix shortcuts. Just good ingredients, sourced locally where we can, and cakes that taste like someone actually baked them for you.
