Amber Rise started in our home kitchen on Woodbridge Ave with two sourdough starters and a dream of feeding our block. A decade later, we still mix every dough by hand and bake in small batches so nothing sits under a heat lamp.
Our flour comes from a family mill in Pennsylvania, our eggs from a farm in Hunterdon County, and our recipes from three generations of home bakers. If you can't pronounce an ingredient, it's probably not in our bread.
