Every item made from scratch in our Edison kitchen, using flour we mill fresh and butter from a Jersey dairy down the road.
72-hour fermented loaves, crackling crust, open crumb. Plain, seeded, or jalapeño-cheddar.
Butter croissants, cinnamon rolls, and rotating danishes — all laminated by hand, daily.
Birthdays, weddings, milestones. Tell us the flavor and the vibe — we'll build it from scratch.
Locally roasted beans, pulled slow, paired perfectly with whatever's fresh that morning.
Lunch made on our own bread — turkey, roasted veggie, and a rotating chef's special.
Pastry boxes and bagel spreads for meetings, showers, and Edison offices that deserve better catering.
Menlo Crumb started in a home kitchen on Grove Avenue with one starter jar and a lot of early mornings. Today we still hand-shape every loaf and mix every cake batter ourselves — no shortcuts, no mixes, no preservatives.
We source local when we can, bake in small batches so nothing sits, and treat every order like it's for our own family's table.
Reserve your loaf, box, or cake before we sell out — we bake tight batches on purpose.
