Edison Hearth Bakery started in our home kitchen in 2016, selling loaves out of the trunk of a Honda at the Menlo Park farmers market. Three years later, we opened our doors on Oak Tree Road — and we still bake the same way: early mornings, small batches, and a lot of flour under our fingernails.
Everything you taste here is made by hands you can meet, in an oven you can see from the counter.
