From $30Hearthstone started in a home kitchen in 2016, when Priya began baking sourdough for friends around Edison. Word spread, the oven got bigger, and in 2019 we opened our doors on Amboy Avenue. We still weigh every batch of flour by hand and never use shortcuts — no preservatives, no mixes, no rushing.
Today our small team of five bakers starts work at 4am so the shelves are full when you walk in. If you've had our bread once, we're probably already saving you a loaf.
