Hearthstone began in a home kitchen, when Priya started baking sourdough for friends around Edison. As word spread, the oven got bigger, and we eventually opened our doors on Amboy Avenue. We still weigh every batch of flour by hand and never use shortcuts — no preservatives, no mixes, no rushing.
Our small team of bakers starts work early so the shelves are full when you walk in.
