Every loaf proofs overnight, every croissant gets laminated by hand, and every cake is built the day you pick it up. No shortcuts, just good baking done right in the heart of Edison.

Pastry boxes, bagel spreads, and dessert tables for Edison offices, showers, and school events.
Menlo Crumb Bakehouse started in 2016 out of a home kitchen on Amboy Avenue, with weekend loaves sold to neighbors off a folding table. Today we're a full storefront near Menlo Park Mall, but the recipes, the early mornings, and the handmade approach haven't changed.
We buy our flour from a mill in the Lehigh Valley, our eggs from a farm in Hunterdon County, and we still shape every croissant by hand — no machines, no shortcuts.
Our best sellers go fast on weekends. Reserve your loaves, croissants, or cake ahead of time and skip the line.
